WLG Inc. or the Wako Logistics Group as it is known in Asia (WLG), today announced it would merge with the Kamino Logistics Group Ltd ( Kamino), effective the 15th November, to form a new forwarding and logistics group called Tigers. GeoPost S.A. in France have acquired a minority equity stake in the new company.
