I’m writing to express my extreme gratitude for the efforts that Jimmy Huang made in getting the shipment
of frozen marine samples to us successfully. This was a horrific episode because the two-box shipment
was incorrectly sent on two different Lufthansa flights from Lisbon. Jimmy took the situation in stride and
managed to get all of the clearances, etc. from government officials handled perfectly. He spent the entire
day yesterday doing this, but the end result was that we were able to pick up the specimens last night
before they were ruined. Thus, thanks to Jimmy’s efforts, everything worked out fine.
