Media Relations Kamino Manchester delivers for Golf TV

Golf TV Pro Shop was searching for a new fulfilment provider and it was a refreshing
change to speak to the like-minded experienced staff at Kamino International.
Golf TV approached Kamino with a list of basic requirements and a wish list. It was
when the wish list was fulfilled that Golf TV knew they had chosen the best
fulfilment centre from their short-list.

In the first three months Golf TV experienced problems with their manufacturers
which restricted operations from running smoothly. In addition, Kamino was also
faced with the legacy of the previous provider; however Golf TV was impressed
with the transition. Angela Redmond, Vice President of Operations for
Golf TV Pro Shop expressed to Jane Pollard, North West Regional Manager
for Kamino, “You and your team were not phased by these problems which just
proved to me you had a great pro-active, professional and committed team who
not only supported you, but most importantly, from my point of view, our business”.

At present Kamino provide a full logistics service for Golf TV Pro Shop.
When Golf TV places purchase orders with their overseas suppliers, Kamino can
control the movement of this stock through their network to the facility in Manchester.
Here Kamino quality controls the goods and the team pick and pack these goods
and deliver to the end user, be it B2B or B2C. The Kamino Call Centre Customer
Service team take the calls and process orders and queries, whilst the
administration team handle all Golf TV’s product returns and customer letters.
